My unconventional journey led me to the brigade of the esteemed three-starred Michelin Chef Anne Sophie Pic. Venturing further, my husband and I embarked on a gastronomic adventure across Africa, further enriching my culinary expertise.This journey led me to the role of Executive Pastry Chef, entrusted with leading a team for the renowned Michelin-starred Chef Pierre Gagnaire in Dubai.
My diverse experiences have shaped my approach to pastry, blending refined techniques learned from Michelin-starred environments with the unique flavors and inspirations gathered from my global culinary explorations.
