We offer refunds on orders that are cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. If you cancel your order within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time, we will be unable to issue a refund. Additionally, refunds are not available for orders that have already been delivered or picked up.
To request a refund, please contact us by phone or email and provide your order number and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond to you within 24 hours. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
If you receive a product that is damaged or not up to our usual high standards, please contact us immediately. We may ask for photographic evidence of the issue to help us identify the problem. If we determine that the issue is due to a quality concern, we will either replace the product or issue a refund.
